磷化设备

磷化线（磷化设备）由：槽体、机架、输送行车、管路系统、油水分离系统、磷化过滤设备（压滤机）、吸雾系统、加热系统、电气控制系统等组成。

①. 经过多年的努力和实践，不断吸取国外先进技术，在已有的基础上开发设计了磷化连续式过滤机。采用先进的传感技术，解决了以往过虑机虑芯由于经常堵塞而需要操作者不断清洗的烦恼。
②. 为改善现场操作环境，加大吸雾力度，我厂采用了槽边吸风装置代替了集中式抽风装置。
